Need a little help during the holiday season? Colton Residents with children can apply for a holiday gift card to help during the holiday season. This program is completely funded through donations from the community. To donate, contact Katelyn Rodriguez at 909-370-5524 or email.
Gift cards are distributed if applications are approved, and while supplies last. All applications are first-come, first-serve basis.
Deadline to make an appointment is December 10, 2021. To schedule your appointment, contact Carina Villalpando at 909-370-5087. Residents are encouraged to leave a detailed voicemail with their full name and best contact number as calls are returned in the order they are received.

Applications must be complete and include the following documentation (incomplete documentation will NOT be accepted):
Proof of Residency (current utility bill, or rent/mortgage statement)
Photo Identification (Driver's License, State ID Card, or Green Card)
Proof of Children in home (medical card, birth certificate, or school ID Card)
Proof of eligibility (two months' worth of income)
Applications will only be accepted at the designated times and locations listed on the application.
