Need a little help during the holiday season? Colton Residents with children can apply for a holiday gift card to help during the holiday season.
Gift cards are distributed if applications are approved, and while supplies last. All applications are first-come, first-serve basis.
Application Process
- Deadline to make an appointment is December 1, 2023 by 1:00 p.m. To schedule your appointment, contact 909-370-5548 or email calcantar@coltonca.gov. Residents are encouraged to leave a detailed voicemail with their full name and best contact number as calls are returned in the order they are received.
- Applications can be picked up from the Gonzales Community Center, 670 Colton Avenue.
- Applications must be complete and include the following documentation (incomplete documentation will NOT be accepted):
- Proof of Residency (current utility bill, or rent/mortgage statement)
- Photo Identification (Driver's License, State ID Card, or Green Card)
- Proof of Children in home (medical card, birth certificate, or school ID Card)
- Proof of eligibility (two months' worth of income)
