Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a .m . seniors perform low impact exercises to maintain and improve their muscle coordination, strengthen their muscles for balance and to improve their joint mobility . We encourage all seniors to participate at their own individual level to help maintain their physical strength and independence . free for all seniors
