  1. Adult Fitness Pass

    September 9, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Get in shape with our adult fitness pass. Fitness pass entitles the holder to unlimited use of our weight room, basketball gymnasium during adult open gym hours, one hour use (per day) of the racquetball court, Drop In Basketball, and Lap Swim (during available times).

  2. Tennis : Ages 5-10

    September 9, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

    Classes will focus on tennis ball exercises, stroke, forehand volley, backhand valley, ground stroke, serve, and return of serve. Participants must wear shorts or pants with pockets and bring a water bottle to each class.

    Get the little ones involved too! This non-competitive program is for children, ages 3-5, and is a great introduction for your child in sports! The program will focus on having fun, while learning the fundamentals of the sport. * Proof of age is required at registration.
